They came out 2 days later, game me an estimate that day, and repaired the roof 2 days later. Gil was very communicative the entire time. The crew was friendly and professional. I witnessed the Titan Roofing crew working on a neighbors home and thought they worked amazingly fast and appeared to be an well organized team. My neighbor highly recommended them after his job was completed. I called their number and Gil, the owner, came over the next day, looked over my roof and gave me an estimates on a couple of choices. I had a 2/12 sloped roof and the composite roof that needed replacing had not held up well. Gil highly recommended a TPO Membrane roof for my short gutter-less roof. After he explained the benefits and I did some research I agreed that choice was best. I decided to go ahead hire Titan Roofing and was shocked that Gil did not want an up front deposit before he started the roof. He said his company was a family business, and they got paid after the job was done and the customer was completely satisfied. Gil also stated that he could start in the next two weeks and be finished in 3 days time. When Gil and the crew showed up, it was like a military operation. The crew was Brazilian and spoke Portuguese to each other as they went right to work. They were again amazing to watch work. The crew cleaned up every scrap of debris each day before they left. Every promise made all came true, the roof and workmanship looks amazing, and we are very happy customers.
