Our roof replacements come with a 50-year material and 10-year workmanship warranty backed by our partnership with GAF. Roof repairs have a 1-year warranty, while roof cleaning includes a 2-year “no moss guarantee” warranty. Our gutter replacements are covered for 10 years.

We are happy to offer emergency repair services, such as tarping in the event of a roof leak. Our goal is to provide a temporary solution until a permanent fix can be executed.

We have no control over material delivery time (it’s dependent on the manufacturer!), but once materials are delivered, most roof replacements take 1-3 days. Timing depends on the size and complexity of the roof, and of course, weather.

Our team is certified to safely work with and install a wide variety of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, PVC, and TPO. 

We take less than 24 hours to get back to customers (business days and holidays depending).
